Cooking At The Clinton

'The Clinton,' a world-renowned restaurant that brings flavor and elegance together in a generational gem, features an array of Italian foods in Queens, New York. For over three generations, the Babich family has been able to stir the spoon in the right direction to continue to evolve, while maintaining the history of great food and hospitality at 'The Clinton.' The current owner, Robert Babich, gives us an inside look at how the restaurant operates, and how it has been impacted by Covid-19.

Terror Inn April

'Escape from the Gravesend Inn' is City Tech's Virtual Haunted House that provides visitors a spooky experience like no other. Today's episode will discuss how battling COVID-19's restrictions brought forth a new level of creativity for this production. We'll talk with Sean Mulvihill, who plays the role of Bartholomew in the show, Fatma Oukili, video editor for the online website, and Veneita Mohabir, stage manager of the live online performances about the challenges of converting this classic show to a virtual one.

 Trip to the Cirkus

Our focus will be on interviewing the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus on how they’ve been managing the show during covid. Ellia will discuss her role as stage manager for the live event. Keith will give us some history as well give us a performance. And John will discuss the inner workings of how the program is produced virtually.

The new wave of artists is taking over! We hear from three amazing artists and how they lay their brushes on a track, creating their own masterpieces. Our special guest John McCullough, Chair of the Entertainment Technology Department, will guide us through the obstacles and challenges of changing classes that rely on hands-on labs into online versions of classes

Episode 9 Escape from the Gravesend Inn

The Gravesend Inn is a live experience that ENT students have successfully staged for many years.  It's been known to scare the living daylights out of the people who go inside. In this episode, we talk with Ginger Chavez, Adewale Adegbemigun, and Jennifer Deane, three talented students that are part of the team transforming the Gravesend Inn into an online experience.  They discuss how they came up with the puzzles, how they designed the interactive website, and the challenges in transforming the Gravesend Inn into a virtual experience.
